Amenity center for a new single-family home community. 20,000 sf of artistic pavers with white cement to reduce heat retention.
For this single-family residential community amenity, the design calls for about 20,000 sf of decorative pavers across the amenity center, including pool courts, walkways, and gathering nodes. White cement or lighter paver blends are used to reduce solar heat gain. The pavers are laid in artistic patterns to reinforce brand identity and visual interest.
